These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the services of Shree Gatimaan Tour and Travels ("we", "us", "our"), a registered travel agency, tour operator and reservation service based in Uttar Pradesh, India (Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-UP-30-0077886). Our official website is shreegatimaantravels.com. The business operates under the brand name "Shree Gatimaan Tour & Travels" on this website.

By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The website is informational and enquiry-based — it has no online checkout, and bookings are confirmed over WhatsApp.

We arrange chauffeur-driven taxis and buses, hotels and homestays, tour packages, custom-built tours, Ganga boat rides, Sugam Darshan, sightseeing, guides and photography services across Varanasi, Ayodhya, Prayagraj, Vrindavan and other destinations shown on the website.

• Descriptions, photos, capacities and itineraries on the website are indicative. Actual availability, room categories and final rates are confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.
• Prices shown are indicative starting or package rates. They do not always include taxes — for example, hotel rates are listed exclusive of GST — and certain charges (such as toll or driver night charges) may be excluded from taxi rates as described below.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate, but prices, inclusions and details can change without notice.

We do not operate an online booking engine. To book:

• Submit an enquiry through any website form (service detail pages, hotel request, the Contact page), the Customize Tour page, or any WhatsApp button on the site — or contact us directly.
• Our travel desk replies on WhatsApp with a proposed plan and a final quote, and confirms availability.
• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you on WhatsApp. Please review and agree the final quote, dates, vehicle / hotel and inclusions before confirming.

• The website does not process payments. No online payment is required or accepted on this site.
• You settle directly with our travel desk, using the method we agree with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• We never ask for card or payment details over this website or WhatsApp. If anyone claiming to represent us asks for payment details, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately.

• Final rates are quoted on WhatsApp for your specific dates, group size and requirements.
• Rates may vary with season, room or vehicle availability, fuel prices and special events such as festivals, VIP movements or peak travel dates.
• Where the Customize Tour page shows an estimate, it is an estimate that includes a 5% tax figure. The final quote is confirmed on WhatsApp before booking.

• Hotels: the hotel pages state that cancellations are free up to 48 hours before arrival. Beyond that window, cancellation terms depend on the hotel and are confirmed at the time of booking.
• Taxis, tours, darshan and boating: cancellation and refund conditions may depend on the specific service or service provider, and will be communicated and confirmed to you at the time of booking.

• Vehicles are chauffeur-driven, verified and sanitised.
• Listed taxi rates exclude toll tax, parking fees and driver night charges. Driver night charges apply for travel after 9:00 PM and before 5:00 AM.
• Outstation taxi pricing has a minimum billing distance of 250 km.
• Package fares (where stated) generally include toll, parking, driver allowance and state taxes — please check each package's inclusions before booking.
• The requested vehicle model is subject to availability; a similar or higher category may be provided.

• A valid government photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
• Extra beds are available on request, at the rates listed on each hotel page.
• Hotel rates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Standard check-in is 12:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM; early check-in depends on availability.
• Room category and availability are confirmed on WhatsApp before booking.

• We coordinate assisted priority darshan at temples including Kashi Vishwanath, Ayodhya Ram Mandir, Prayagraj Sangam and Vrindavan.
• Darshan requires a valid ID — an original Aadhaar or passport. Our guidance asks you to share ID copies on WhatsApp a day prior for verification, then meet our representative at the designated gate.
• Mobile phones and cameras are strictly prohibited inside the main temple premises; phones and leather items are deposited at the locker.
• Modest clothing is required, and darshan timings change on festival days.
• Special poojas must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• We facilitate and escort entry through the Sugam Darshan lane, but we cannot guarantee specific timings or entry, which remain under the control of the temple administration and local authorities.

• Life jackets are mandatory for all guests and are provided.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Rides may be paused during high current or storms for safety, and boats are inspected before each ride.
• Routes follow the ghats (for example, Assi Ghat towards Manikarnika Ghat); exact slots depend on the ghat and river conditions.

• Package inclusions and exclusions are listed on each package page. Anything not listed as included is not part of the package.
• Temple donations, special pooja charges, personal expenses, tips and shopping are not included in package prices.
• Optional services, such as additional boating or puja rituals, are charged separately at the listed rates.
• The Customize Tour page produces an estimate based on your selections; the final itinerary and quote are confirmed on WhatsApp.

• Guides are licensed, and guide charges are as listed (for example, ₹1,200 per day, with a higher rate for Ayodhya guides).
• Photography and drone operations are subject to permissions at temples, ghats and other locations.
• Photo delivery timing is agreed with you on WhatsApp at the time of booking.

• During VIP movements, VIP visits, religious events or security restrictions, your sightseeing schedule or darshan may be delayed, and the itinerary may be adjusted accordingly for safety and operational reasons.
• We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by weather, roadblocks, traffic, government restrictions, temple or darshan queues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

• Provide accurate details when enquiring or booking.
• Carry valid original government ID for hotels, darshan and inter-state travel.
• Follow temple etiquette and instructions, including depositing phones and leather items where required.
• Supervise children at all times, including during boat rides.
• Be ready for pickups at the agreed time and place.

We coordinate with hotels, vehicle owners, boat operators, temple authorities, guides, photographers and other local providers. Their services are subject to their own terms, and their availability may change. WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.), Google Maps and Google Fonts are third-party services used by the website; your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We act as an organiser and coordinator of travel services in India. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road conditions, traffic, government or security restrictions, temple or darshan queues, and the acts or omissions of third-party providers such as hotels, boat operators or temple authorities.

We use reasonable care in selecting and coordinating service providers, but the services themselves are provided by third parties who are independent of us, and our responsibility is limited to making reasonable arrangements on your behalf. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

The Shree Gatimaan name, logo, text, photographs and design on this website belong to Shree Gatimaan Tour and Travels or its licensors. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce or redistribute them for commercial purposes without our permission.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the updated version will be posted on this page and the date above updated accordingly. Please also see our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you share with us.

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India, and courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India, shall have jurisdiction over applicable disputes.
